WARM UPS = JUMP ROPE 3MINS

ROUND 1 (Warm Ups):
– Jab, Right Cross, Jab @ 3mins
– Jab, Right Cross, Lead body hook, Rear Hook to head @3mins

ROUND 2 (Speed Drills):
Square off with opponent toe 2 toe
– Right Cross, Lead Hook to body, Lead Hook to head (then have boxer shuffle step away from pads) @ 3mins
– Double Lead Jab, Rear Uppercut, Lead hook to body @3mins
– Lead Hook to Head, Rear hook to body, Lead Jab to Head, Rear Cross to body @3mins
