Tempo = 4-0-2-1 / rest 30 seconds between sets

Warm up = Run 1/2 mile
REST 5 Minutes before going to #1
1) Bench Press or Machine Press (roughly 65lbs) 3 sets
REST 5 Minutes before going to #2
2) Incline Flies (15lbs) or Incline Bench Machine (roughly 45lbs) 3 sets
REST 5 Minutes before going to #3
3) Dips – 20
